The Minnesota Senate approved a medicinal marijuana bill on Tuesday and the bill will now to go the House, which is expected to review a more restrictive version of medicinal marijuana legislation on Friday. The vote was bipartisan and overwhelmingly in favor of legalizing medicinal marijuana. Governor Mark Dayton (D) originally said he was opposed to the measure, but now sounds like he will listen to the patients who want their doctors to be able to offer this alternative medicine.
