Oil prices soaring as much as 5 percent after Saudi Arabia started airstrikes in Yemen. This as the Yemeni President fled a southern port city in Yemen as Iranian Militants closed in. Oil rises on concern that its proximity to transit hubs for oil could disrupt the flow of oil. A unit of Schlumberger will please guilty to violating Iran and Sudan sanctions. The oil services giant will pay $232 million dollars to end the Justice Department investigation.
