For Friday, April 17th we take a look at the notable earnings and key economic data to watch for on Wall Street. There are three earnings reports to keep an eye on. They include General Electric (GE), Honeywell International (HON), and Reynolds American (RAI). GE has already revealed a $16 billion charge it will take as part of its plan to sell off the bulk of its capital lending unit. Also, TheStreet broke the story about GE’s $28 billion in insurance liability. On the economic calendar, we note the consumer price index, consumer sentiment level, and leading indicators.
