TheStreet’s Jim Cramer is keeping an eye on Zillow (Z) as the online real estate company prepares to release first quarter results after the close Tuesday. Cramer says he finds it interesting that analyst Robert Peck of SunTrust upgraded Zillow Monday – the day before the company reports. The analysts makes it clear that he did not upgrade it for the quarter but Cramer tells investors that they have to understand that the expectations are so low now for Zillow that CEO Spencer Rascoff could deliver a very good quarter. Cramer says he also knows some people feel that housing is slowing down but says this is a play on the digitization of housing. And that’s why Zillow is the one to watch.
