81-year-old Jack Hirschowitz is the world’s oldest known marathon “joggler,” an activity that combines running with juggling. He has joggled his way through more than 30 marathons. And now he’s going to compete in the 2026 Cape Town Marathon as they make their bid to become Africa’s first Abbott World Marathon Major.
