President Obama announced on Tuesday that 7.1 million people have signed up for health care, helping the administration to reach its target. He emphasized how the program will make the country better a better place now that everyone can get health coverage. It’s been a long road for the government getting to this point, riffled with opposition and technical difficulties that Obama made sure to address. Now that open enrollment has closed only time will tell how Obamacare will play out.
