Key data on jobs and a few more big companies report financial results, as earnings season comes to a close: that’s what to watch on Wall Street for Feb. 19. Walmart Stores (WMT) reports its fourth quarter earnings before the opening bell. Analysts expect earnings per share of $1.54, compared to $1.60 during the same quarter last year, on sales of $132.4 billion. Wall Street will also be keeping an eye out for earnings for Discovery Communications (DISCA), DIRECTV (DTV) and T-Mobile (TMUS) – those are all before the markets open. As for economic data, weekly jobless claims are released at 8:30am eastern, followed by the Philadelphia Fed Survey at 10am and the EIA Petroleum Status Report at 11am.
