A Utah law is aiming to protect children of online influencers by requiring parents who make more than $150,000 for putting their child online to set aside a trust fund. This comes after online influencer Ruby Franke was sentenced to four to 30 years in prison over child abuse. NBC News’ David Noriega has more on the law.
