All right. Well, thank you, and welcome to our Q4 2024 earnings call. I’m joined today by Mike Hill, our CFO. I’ll start with some review of Q4 and Mike will provide some detail on those numbers and he will also go to our guidance for Q1 and for the full year 2025. After that, we’ll open the call up for Q&A. But before we get started, Mike will read the safe harbor statement.
