A strong dollar is creating uncertainty for U.S. multinationals, yet investors should still stick with U.S. large-cap stocks, said Darrell Krasnoff, Senior Managing Director at Bel Air Investment Advisors. Krasnoff added that investors should also focus on Asian stocks due to the regional benefit from lower energy costs as well as commodity prices. As for valuation, Krasnoff said the U.S. market is not cheap, but it is not overvalued to the point where it is not investable. Finally, when it comes to bonds, Krasnoff predicted that interest rates will finally begin a slowly rising trend.
