The minutes of the Federal Reserve’s first meeting of 2015 were released Wednesday afternoon. This as investors look for any clues on when the central bank will raise short term interest rates, which have remained near zero for over six years. The minutes said the economy grew at a ‘solid pace during the second half of 2014.’ TheStreet’s Scott Gamm speaks with Bob Johnson, director of economic analysis at Morningstar to discuss his reaction to the minutes, when the central bank should raise interest rates and how low oil prices could pose headwinds to economic growth.
