Richard Allen, who was convicted of killing two teenage girls in Delphi, Ind., was sentenced to 130 years in prison, the maximum penalty. The judge said the case was among the “most hideous” he ever presided over. Family members of the victims gave emotional statements in court. Allen’s lawyers said they will appeal.
