A police officer was killed Saturday after responding to a shooting at UPMC Memorial Hospital just outside of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where the suspected gunman also was killed, according to state police. Authorities also said three hospital workers were injured, in addition to two surviving officers who responded to the scene. NBC News’ Maya Eaglin reports from the scene.
