Health officials say one person has died and dozens of others have gotten sick in 18 states after eating carrots tied to an outbreak of E. coli. Officials say the organic carrots, produced by Grimmway Farms in California, were sold at some of the country’s most popular stores. They’re no longer on the shelves but consumers were urged to check for them in their refrigerators. NBC News’ Anne Thompson reports.
