Greece is in full campaign mode as leaders prepare for Sunday’s referendum on whether to accept the country’s creditors terms. Greece has been in a state of crisis this week with shuttered banks and limits on how much people can withdraw from ATMs. A ‘no’ vote Sunday could push the country out of the Eurozone entirely. Money transfer company Xoom (XOOM) is being bought by PayPal for $890 million. Xoom lets people send money, pay bills and reload accounts from mobile phones to 37 countries. General Electric (GE) and Electrolux say they will vigorously defend their proposed merger. The U.S. Department of Justice filed an antitrust lawsuit blocking the deal, saying it would lead to less competition in the appliance market.
