McDonald’s said it would resume selling its Quarter Pounder hamburgers, saying the meat was not the source of E. coli infections that have sickened at least 75 people and killed one man. A McDonald’s spokesperson says slivered onions are the most likely source of the the outbreak. NBC News’ Christine Romans reports.
