On the hopes that more concessions could follow, markets rallied today after the White House announced a one month exemption for tariffs on auto imports that come through the USMCA. But retailers are warning the new tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and China that began this week will drive prices in store aisles up in the days ahead. NBC News’ Christine Romans reports.
