The U.S. economy is now adding jobs at a clip of 187,000 the past 12 months. The Wharton School professor of management Peter Cappelli tells TheStreet’s Joe Deaux that, bottom line, March posted a good jobs report, and he says the unseasonably cold weather drag on the economy seems to already be subsiding. Cappelli says an unusual number he discovered was that female unemployment in March was worse than male unemployment. Watch to hear what Cappelli tells investors.
