Investigators are piecing together the final moments before a small private jet crashed into a San Diego neighborhood, killing all passengers on board. According to the NTSB, the skies were foggy, and that the destination airport’s runway approach lights and automated weather reports were not functioning properly. NBC News’ Steve Patterson has more.
