How to Control Fears as a Photographer – How to handle Anxiety Attacks in Art
We all have fears, angst, anxiety. It’s normal. It’s part of Life. But we can learn to handle them. Most of the Time fear and anxiety is our body talking to use. Our body tells us that we know too little about the situation. That we are not prepared to handle it with ease.
So a easy way to handle fear and anxiety is to prepare more and make the tasks less challenging at the same time. Do what you know, and then add a little on top. Prepare as well as you can and then be open to failure. That way you know what is coming, you know what the result will be and if things fail, you limit the risk and it hurts less
