Rumeysa Ozturk, a #Tufts graduate student and Turkish national with a valid student visa, was arrested on her way to meet up with friends to break her Ramadan fast, her lawyer said. Her friend and former Muslim chaplain at Tufts, Najiba Akbar, called the detainment “heartbreaking.”
