An American woman has not medaled in women’s singles at the Olympics in twenty years. Alysa Liu is well-positioned to change that, entering the free skate in third place. Liu retired after the Beijing Olympics at just 16, but came back and says she has rediscovered the joy of skating. NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk reports.
