Strong Asian and enterprise sales enabled Qlik Technologies to beat Wall Street earnings and sales estimates in the fourth quarter, said the company’s CEO Lars Bjork. Bjork added that the company’s sales would have been up to 20% higher last year were it not for the effects of the strengthening dollar. He said the business analytics company would be investing heavily in the first quarter of 2015, mostly on new hires and marketing. Finally, Bjork said Tableau Software is a strong competitor, but the market is still very large so there is still room for both companies to grow.
