Officials in Southern California said at least 11 people have been killed in the wildfire catastrophe. As the biggest fires continued to burn, a new fire broke out. Firefighters got a temporary break as powerful Santa Ana winds subsided, but they were expected to strengthen again. NBC News’ Tom Llamas reports.
The working-class neighborhood of Altadena was hit especially hard by a devastating wildfire, with more than 7,000 structures lost. But people rallied to help each other. NBC News’ Gadi Schwartz reports.
