Target has agreed to pay $10 million dollars to victims of the 2013 data breach. Target will also raise its minimum pay to $9 an hour, following Wal-Mart and others. Guess is reassuring investors about current sales but warns next year could still be ugly. It’s revenues have shrunk and earnings have plunged.
