Ireland is going to use the almost $16 billion Apple was made to pay to it in taxes for infrastructure projects, according to the nation’s prime minister. Peter Burke, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment in Ireland, joins Ed Ludlow to discuss that plan as he meets with the tech industry and investors on a trade mission to San Francisco.
