A few months ago, my company entered copyright infringement proceedings in the high court against a former student of our XSPY Trader™ masterclass, taught by my friend and fellow mentor, Alson Chew.
This was eventually settled out of court with this ex-student, and the result was him paying us nominal compensation and removing content from his course that, in our view, were an infringement of our content.
