The Greek Prime Minister is expected to come under more pressure today to reach a much needed deal with the country’s international creditors, who have reportedly drafted an agreement. Although Greece denies that it has seen the proposals. Athens faces a $328 million payment to the International Monetary Fund Friday, but there are doubts that the country can honor the debt without further financial aid. Teva Pharmaceuticals is looking to up its stake in Mylan (MYL), according to Reuters. The report says its trying to position itself for a possible legal challenge to the generic drugmaker that has spurned its takeover bid. The strategy is a sign of Teva’s commitment to its $40 billion bid for Mylan. Hewlett Packard (HPQ) confirms November 1 will be the date it will split itself into two separate companies. One unit will focus on printers and PC’s and the other will be an enterprise business.
