The Attorneys General of New York and Connecticut are investigating Apple (AAPL) negotiations with music companies to look for signs of potential antitrust violations. Reuters says the Attorneys General want to know whether music labels colluded or were pressured into favoring Apple’s paid music subscription service, which was just released Monday. Facebook (FB) says it earns 51% of its ad revenue from overseas. The company tells Reuters that most of the growth is in Asia. An FDA panel will weigh Amgen’s (AMGN) Repata drug today, one of several anti-cholesterol drugs to be considered by the panel this week. Amgen has conducted clinical trials showing Repatha lowered cholesterol without significant risk of deaths or serious side effects.
