TheStreet’s Jim Cramer is keeping an eye on shares of Restoration Hardware (RH) as the company prepares to post Q1 results after the close Thursday. Cramer says the last quarter the company talked about this being a bridge year, basically they’re thinking about 2016, they’re doing some reshuffling, they’re improving existing stores and they’re building new stores. Cramer thinks that means that there are going to be people who try to take action on something where you shouldn’t take action. He thinks Restoration Hardware is a great 3 to 5 year story. He says he knows the company is fed up with the idea that you want to rent the stock but the shorts just won’t stop. Cramer advises investors to take a relaxed view of Restoration Hardware. If it gets hit, it may be your chance to buy. Remember, he says, give them a 3 to 5 year time frame on what they’re trying to accomplish. For Q115, Wall Street analysts are expecting the upscale home goods brand to post earnings of $0.20 per share and revenue of about $419 million for the quarter.
