European equities investors mark stocks lower on Tuesday as they continue to fret about a Greek debt default ahead of a crunch meeting on Thursday and as Federal Reserve policy makers prepare to start their two-day pow-wow. Reflecting Greek worries, analysts and investors’ economic sentiment, as measured by the ZEW research institute, comes in well below expectations in June in separate surveys for the euro zone and Germany. In London, Royal Mail loses ground on regulatory worries. But in Sydney insurer IAG rises as it cuts a deal with Berkshire Hathaway.
