Law enforcement officials released a ‘preliminary’ description of the still at large suspect of a mass shooting at a Lunar New Year celebration in Monterey Park, California. Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna also said there was possibly a related incident in a neighboring town soon after the shooting and described the conditions of injured victims.
