Markets in Greece and the rest of the Eurozone surge as European leaders meet for last ditch talks on Greek debt crisis. All sides want a deal to avoid default and Grexit – a Greek exit from the European currency and possibly from the European Union if talks collapse. But nothing’s certain yet. French telecoms market gets a boost as billionaire Patrice Drahi makes a bid for Bouygues Telecom, potentially merging the country’s second and third largest cellphone network operators. Regulators and the French government are wary of more consolidation. Chocolate makers Ferrero International and Thorntons may melt together in the summer heat, as the Italian maker of Ferrero Rocher chocolates makes a bid for the 70% it doesn’t own of British chocolate maker Thorntons.
