And if elected, Sanders will be the oldest U.S. President and the first Jewish-American President. Jim Webb is a highly decorated Vietnam veteran with 2 Purple Hearts, 2 Bronze Stars, a Silver Star, and the Navy Cross. He also wrote the screenplay ‘Rules of Engagement’ that made $71 million at the box office. Hilary Clinton was the first ‘First Lady’ to run for and be elected to the Senate. She was the only ‘First Lady’ to be subpoenaed for her involvement in the 1996 Whitewater scandal. During Martin O’Malley’s 2 terms as governor, he legalized same-sex marriage, repealed the death penalty, and increased the minimum wage. O’Malley is the basis for the Baltimore-based TV series ‘The Wire’ character Tommy Carcetti. Lincoln Chafee was the only Republican senator to vote against using force to take out Saddam Hussein in Iraq. Chafee was a Republican, switched to Independent and was wooed by O’Malley to become a Democrat in May 2013.
