The head of the EPA is calling on Norfolk Southern to conduct and pay for cleanup actions associated with the train derailment carrying toxic chemicals. NBC’s George Solis reports the the train company’s CEO said in an interview that he has come back to the town multiple times to reinforce residents that they are safe.
