TheStreet’s Jim Cramer, portfolio manager of Action Alerts PLUS, said there’s no need to rush into the stock market right now. Cramer made the comment after a viewer asked whether to stay in cash, given the market’s volatility, and Cramer answered ‘yes.’ Cramer said it is okay to own gold, which is like insurance. A viewer asked about Amazon (AMZN), which Cramer said it is a cold stock, along with Netflix (NFLX). Another viewer asked about Disney (DIS), which Cramer said is a good stock if you have a long term horizon, but he said investors should wait until the company reports its quarterly earnings. Cramer also commented on CVS (CVS), Walgreens (WBA), Citigroup (C), Bank of America (BAC),Wells Fargo (WFC), Facebook (FB) and Sprint (S).
