TheStreet’s Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said that Apple’s quarterly report, which is due out after the closing bell on Tuesday, will likely be negative and any dip in the shares could be a big opportunity to buy shares. Cramer said, ‘This is not a good quarter.
