Sci-fi technology comes to the corporate boardroom thanks to technology from Oblong Industries, which has developed a visual collaboration system that allows workers to simultaneously display images and video from multiple digital devices. The company’s CEO formerly worked as science advisor to Hollywood’s Steven Spielberg, and developed the data interface in the movie Minority Report. Oblong used that interface as a model for its current product.
