A tanker truck carrying flammable liquid overturned and was engulfed in flames, closing down the north and southbound lanes on U.S. Route 15. The driver of the truck didn’t survive, but authorities say no one else was hurt. Authorities say the fires and toxins were contained and pose no environmental threat.
