Prosecutors in Virginia have told NBC News that they will not seek charges against a 6-year-old student who opened fire on his teacher in a Newport News classroom in January, saying putting the child on the stand would be “problematic.” NBC News legal analyst Danny Cevallos explains whether anyone else could be charged in the case and whether the teacher could take separate legal action.
