Shares of Pandora jumped Thursday on reports that Liberty Media proposed a takeover. The Wall Street Journal reports that Liberty Media offered about $15 a share for the music streaming service. The transaction would have valued Pandora at more than $3.4 billion. Pandora reportedly rejected the offer. Other companies possibly interested in buying Pandora are Apple and Amazon, according to the Journal.
