Oracle is making a clever move by going deeper into the cloud to purchase NetSuite , said TheStreet’s Jim Cramer. Cramer deemed the purchase a ‘very smart move’. Oracle said it would buy NetSuite Inc for $109 per share in a deal valued at about $9.3 billion to expand into the fast-growing cloud computing market. Oracle has been making acquisitions in this area, picking up companies like Textura. Founded in 1998, NetSuite is a pioneer of cloud computing and was one of the first companies dedicated to providing business applications over the internet.
