North Carolina man arrested for alleged kidnapping of 13-year-old Texas girl

A 13-year-old Texas girl who had been reported missing two weeks ago was found locked in a shed in North Carolina. A 34-year-old man has been arrested on child abduction and other charges. WXII’s Maria DeBone reports.
