A Chase bank branch first opened at the World Trade Center 43 years ago. For the first time since the 9/11 destruction, JPMorgan Chase is back with a state-of-the-art Chase bank branch that also pays tribute to the heroes and victims of that tragic day in 2001. The new bank branch is 35% smaller than typical locations thanks the latest generation of eATMs. The way the bank memorialized the tragic events of 9/11 is so subtle many customers might not even notice that it’s there.
