TheStreet’s Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said it was ‘absolutely right’ of HP Enterprise to sell its software unit. ‘As [TheStreet’s Eric Johnsa] pointed out [in an article], the declines there are horrendous,’ Cramer said. ‘They are now primed to do an acquisition.’ Micro Focus will purchase HP Enterprise’s software properties for $8.8 billion.
