The Executive Director of the Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund is looking to Africa for investment opportunities. Chuck Burbridge attended an African investment summit at the Nasdaq to learn more about potential opportunities in the continent, saying he believes he could see double-digit returns on investments made there.
