Mastercard( ) recently announced a partnership to provide remittance services to more than 100 million people in Ethiopia, though a partnership with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. Daniel Monehin, President, Sub-Sahara Africa for Mastercard says the African continent is a huge growth area for the company. He spoke at the U.S. Africa Business Forum in New York.
