So good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Kees Weel. I am the Founder and Chairman of PWR Holdings. On behalf of the Board, I’d like to welcome you to PWR’s 12th AGM and the second held at our global headquarters here at Stapylton. We hope you enjoyed the tours and lunch today. Welcome also to everyone who could not join us in person, but who are watching us via webcast. A copy of the webcast recording will be on our website after the meeting. As a quorum is present, I formally declare PWR’s 2026 AGM open.
Let me first welcome my fellow Board members. I would like also to extend a warm welcome to PWR executive management team. I’d also like to welcome Carla Alviano as PWR’s General Counsel and Company Secretary. Jason Adams, our PWR audit partner at KPMG who is here from the company’s auditors. Stephanie Daveson, thank you, partner from Clayton Utz, the company’s lawyers. Phil Klein from the Commonwealth Bank, our company’s financiers. Unfortunately, Phil has fallen ill this morning, and he’s sent some of his senior people down. So welcome, and thank you for filling in for Phil.
