Wells Fargo’s ( ) John Stumpf is appearing before the House Financial Services Committee today, and Jim Cramer says it’s time for the government to ‘put up or shut up.’ Cramer says Congress members are looking for an admission that Stumpf ordered employees to set up phony accounts, and they aren’t going to get that.
