Rescue teams are desperately searching for 20 people after a ship carrying 267 capsized in the Mediterranean. Video captured the harrowing scene as dozens of passengers were clinging to the side of the ship, waiting to be rescued, as it sank. NBC News’ Keir Simmons has the latest.
